One step developing to increase efficiency implementing Human Resource Information System (HRIS). research will be conducted see how implementation of HRIS improve Management. carried out using descriptive qualitative approach. The data used this study comes from various results previous studies. then found existence has potential effectiveness HRM. because optimize human areas planning, recruitment selection, development, performance evaluation, compensation. help organization succeed other organizations.
